What days and times are you available?

For correspondence, we are available Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Tutoring schedules are open 7 days a week, with time dependent on the availability of you and your tutor. Contact us to schedule a time that is convenient for you!

Who do you tutor?

We tutor students starting in 3rd grade all the way to adults in their lower division classes of their undergraduate education. Special considerations for younger students can be made for those mature enough for the online setting.

Do you offer in-home tutoring anymore?

Zion Learning no longer provides in-home tutoring due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have fully navigated to online learning. But don't worry! Our tutors and technology make it feel like your tutor is right in the room with you. Same care and attention!

Do you offer online tutoring?

Yes! We provide online tutoring to students in all U.S. states. We cater to your specific timezone and availability. Learn more about how to get started.

How do I schedule a session?

Scheduling is easy! Simply fill out our contact form or call (866) 314-9466. You will be connected with a tutor via email to schedule an informal consultation call so you can meet before sessions begin. Scheduling slots are flexible to your schedule and the times your tutor has open.

Are there any forms to fill out prior to tutoring?

Yes. Before you begin tutor, we will send you an online form that includes 4 documents: Contract of Services and Payment Acknowledgement, Contact Information, Code of Conduct and Photo Authorization. Tutoring sessions will not begin until all documentation has been submitted.

I have more than one child, can they share a session? And maybe their friends too?

Yes! We love group sessions but it is an extra fee for additional (our rates are per student unless otherwise noted). Let's just say there may be an extra discount for you and anyone you bring along though. Just let us know at least 12 hours before the session so we may prepare.

​How does group SAT Prep work?

You have the option of choosing private or group SAT Prep. You are welcome to start a group of students yourself by asking classmates and friends or allow Zion Learning to find other students to join you. A group is defined as 3 or more students. Not only do group sessions allow students to learn much more from each other, but they also help save you money!
